BLADE RUNNER
Ridley Scott
"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain."
'Blade Runner' deeply explores the peliculiarities of human nature and the meaning of existence, in a world, an environment, so beatifully captured, that constant jaw-dropping is almost guaranteed. The use of light and color is unparraled and adds a lot to the flawless dystopian setting, that hasn't been accomplished ever since. As opposed to it's visual complexity, Blade Runners narration is kept pretty straight foward.
